Helping Law Firms Find the Right Path to Working Smarter

Law firms, legal, AI

AI (Augmented or Automated Intelligence  to us) is certainly high on every firm’s agenda - but it's only one piece of a much bigger picture. For many firms, the real challenge is understanding what will actually make a difference - whether that’s AI-enabled tools, smarter use of existing systems, better internal processes or engagement with people.

✨
Our Smarter Working Project helps solicitors and law firms take a structured, confident approach to help improve how people work, deliver more of what clients value, grow and manage the business more effectively. Empathy with lawyers - as a lawyer - and wide experience of the legal technology tools available, enables us to work collaboratively with with you to:

  • Understand what technology is already in use, what is and isn't delivering value

  • Where people can fit better and achieve more for themselves and the practice

  • Identify where efficiency, client service or compliance can be improved - adopting AI or otherwise

  • Get a sound, AI Adoption policy in place so you can develop that with confidence

  • Ensure data and systems are structured and secure for any form of digital transformation

  • Run focused pilots to test, learn, and embed better ways of working, whatever that entails

This is about helping your firm find the right solutions, adopted safely and sustainably, with AI explored where it adds genuine value.
